About RinceReg

RinceReg was launched in September 2024 to provide organisers with an online platform for feis registration which reduces administration overhead and provides a streamlined service for users.

How does it work?

Feis organisers can utilise the platform to capture event attendee registration in advance along with the associated registration fee. Collection of Entry/Competition fees is at the sole discretion of the event organiser.

To assist with timetabling of the event, you can choose to capture:

• The cup competitions a dancer wishes to enter (if required)
• The competition section a dancer wishes to enter (e.g. Beg A / Beg B / Beg C / Pre-Open / Open)
• The age of the dancer
• The number of Solo / Cup / Championship tickets required (allow tickets to be ready in advance at feis)

This platform accepts a registration fee by default, with all other fees are payable on the day. Event organisers may chose to collect additional fees in advance, if required.

Once entries close, feis organisers will receive an Excel file with the full details of those that have registered along with a bank transfer of the associated registration/entry fees.
